the year, Spyglass Ridge Winery opens their grounds up to a variety
of events. Since
the opening of the winery, Spyglass has been host to car shows,
music festivals, an annual
Celtic Festival and many more smaller events.

"MARCH MADNESS" 2008
A Ticket to Good Taste and Adventure
Purchase your ticket today for the March 2008 Susquehanna Heartland Wine Trail Adventure!
This March, take a trip to the Susquehanna Heartland to visit the six wineries awaiting you there - Benigna's Creek in Klingerstown, Brookmere in Belleville, Hunters Valley in Liverpool, Shade Mountain in Middleburg, Mount Nittany in Centre Hall and Spyglass Ridge in Sunbury.
Let the Adventure Begin!
Purchase a ticket, $18 each or $30 a couple, by calling or visiting any of the six wineries. When you visit each winery any weekend in March (during their store hours) your ticket will be stamped and you will be rewarded with a complimentary gift. Of course, you will also have the opportunity to sample great wines of the region and to experience the beautiful and scenic Susquehanna and Juniata River Valleys. When you have visited all six wineries, your ticket stub will be entered in a drawing for prizes which include a nights stay at a bed & breakfast and restaurant meals.
The band schedule will be:

8th: Blind Chitlin Kahunas - Blues
9th: Anne Kerstetter Band - Acoustic Rock-n-Blues
16th: Nate Myers & The Aces - Rock-n-Blues
22nd: Brian & Scott - Blues/Rock
29th: Blues Moon - Blues
Time schedules for bands vary. All bands start around 1pm and end around 5 pm.
Call for specific start times.
Non-ticket holders can attend individual events for a $5 cover charge.

ARC Animal Rescue Benefit
April 12th, 2008
We will be hosting a benefit for the PA chapter of the ARC Animal Rescue Organization. There wil be a Chinese Auction as well as lots of food and music.

Annual Red Cross Art & Wine Fundraiser

Spyglass Ridge Winery is proud to again host the Annual Red Cross Art & Wine Fundraiser.
Local & international artists will be displaying their work, which will then be auctioned off, with all proceeds going to The Red Cross.
Last year, this event alone raised $13,800 for the Red Cross and we hope to best that this year.
So come and join in this beneficial event and help support the Red Cross. Admission is limited to 110 people, so hurry and sign up before tickets are gone!
3rd Annual Blues Fest & Mustang / Muscle Car Rally

All day event (11a til we can't dance no more!) - Rain or Shine
$13.00 admission per person
Spyglass Ridge Winery will host the 3rd Annual
Blues Fest & Mustang / Muscle Car Rally at the winery. Bands will perform under the big tent with wine and food flowing across the winery grounds. This year, even though our hearts lie with Ford Mustangs, we didn't want to shun our brothers with lesser muscle cars. So this year we decided to expand our Blues & Mustang Fest
to include all muscle cars.
Please bring your favorite chair to sit under the tent to watch the bands, and everyone who comes will receive a Spyglass wine glass upon entering. So bring your Mustang or muscle car & get a 50% discount on admission to the Blues Fest!

5th Annual Celtic Festival

$10.00 admission per person / kids under 12 free
$5.00 admission for wine tent
Again, come join us for a great day music, food, wine, crafts and an all-around great time! Multiple wineries under the tent including Brookmere, Shade Mtn., Moon Dancer, Mt. Nittany, yours truly Spyglass, and perhaps more!
Food vendors will be set up on the grounds and will offer everything from full meals to snack items and everything in between, so you won't go away hungry. There will also be over 30 craft vendors displaying & selling their unique items all day long as well.
National & local musicians will fill the stage from start to finish. To date, The Michael O'Brien Band,
The Barley Boys, Brazz Tree, and Barley Juice will be performing under the big tent.

The 4th Annual Christmas Crafter's Fair will be November 28, 29, 30 from 11-6 at
Spyglass Ridge Winery featuring local crafters selling their handcrafted items just in time for Christmas! There will be entertainment each afternoon and a local restaurant selling lunch, which will be announced closer to the event!
So come join us for the afternoon, have lunch, listen to some great music, buy a few Christmas gifts and taste some wine! You'll find items like pottery, stain glass jewelry, natural bath & body items, soy candles, hand-turned wooded items, pet items, spices, coffee, scarves and hats. This will be a great event to find that unique gift for the holidays and to pick up some awesome wine for those holiday celebrations.
