All of us at Spyglass try to make our concerts a fun and safe time for everyone. In order to do this we do have to set a few ground rules:

QUESTIONS ANSWERED & RULES PRESENTED FOR EVENTS AT SPYGLASS RIDGE WINERY
No large coolers are permitted to be brought on the grounds. ONLY six pack size hard or soft coolers are permitted. All personal belongings such as purses, bags, coolers, etc. are subject to inspection at any time. Any items you bring through the gates will delay your entry time.
Grills and glass containers are not permitted in the parking areas.
No professional cameras (with a removable lens), or recording devices.
No laser pointers, or weapons.
Personal food items in clear, disposable, non-glass containers and sealed plastic bottles of water are permitted. Non-alcoholic beverages and food can be purchased from our vendors. No other outside beverages are permitted, only UN-OPENED bottles of Spyglass wine will be permitted through the gates.
Footwear must be worn at all times.
All performances are outdoor and rain or shine, please dress accordingly. We discourage using umbrellas and recommend rain ponchos in the event of rain.
Seating is not provided, camp chairs or lawn chairs are permitted.
Pop up canopy space is first come, first serve. Canopies will only be allowed on designated perimeter areas of the field and must be set up the day before the event. Pop up canopies can be no larger than 10x10. If you place a canopy outside the designated area it will be removed.
Spyglass Ridge Winery is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal property you bring to a concert. Please only bring what you absolutely need.
Trash cans are located throughout the venue, please use them!
ABSOLUTELY NO RE-ENTRY: Once you enter the grounds through the gate(s) you are not permitted to leave and re-enter. Please be sure you have everything you need before entering and also leave everything that is not permitted on the grounds in your vehicle.
CONCERT REFUND POLICY
In the event a concert is cancelled, all tickets will be refunded less service charges.
In the event a concert is rescheduled to another date, all tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date, no refunds will be issued.
CONCERT Q & A
Q - Where are the concerts held?
A - All of our concerts are outdoor and the main stage is at the corner of the property near the pond. Tickets are general admission/field, no seating is provided so please bring a lawn chair. Venue & parking maps are posted on our website.
Q - Where is the parking for concerts and what does it cost?
A - Across from winery, field parking - $5 to $10 per car
Handicap parking - limited in front of winery at main gate (free with placard ON THE WINERY GROUNDS ONLY-NOT ACROSS THE ROAD until lot is filled, all overflow will be directed to parking in general admission lot.) Venue & parking maps are posted on our website.
Q - Is there handicapped parking and /or access for concerts?
A - Handicap parking (limited) is free in front of the winery ON THE WINERY GROUNDS ONLY if you have a placard for your vehicle. Once that lot is full all overflow will be directed to park in general admission parking across the road from the winery. This parking area does not belong to the winery. Handicapped persons are allowed one escort person with them in parking area. All other persons riding in the vehicle will be directed to wait in line with everyone else until gates open. We can arrange an escort to the field from the handicapped parking area if necessary.
Q - How do I get preferred parking for a concert?
A - The preferred parking area at the top of the hill near the brewery is reserved for VIP access, vendor parking, and Season Pass holders ONLY.
Q - What time do the concerts start?
A - Showtimes are always approximate and depend on when the band(s) are finished with sound checks, meet & greets (when available), etc. Usually the headlining act will go on stage around the time of sunset, depending on if/when any opening band(s) perform. Please check your ticket information for time of gates open and showtime. We usually post this on our Facebook page as well.
Q - What happens if it rains?
A - Our concerts are rain or shine. In the event of severe weather/lightning a concert may be delayed or rescheduled. In the event of rain forecast, please dress accordingly.
Q - What about food and/or drink?
A - Personal food items in clear, disposable, non-glass containers and sealed plastic bottles of water are permitted. No other outside beverages permitted. We have several food trucks on site with a variety of food and non-alcoholic beverages for sale and a large wine and beer tent where you may purchase Spyglass wine, beer and slushies.
Q - I'm coming from out of town, where can I stay?
A - On our visit us page you can find links to our local visitors bureau and lodging that we recommend along with transportation options. Susquehanna Valley Limousine www.svlimo.com offers shuttle services (for an additional fee) to/from some local hotels and campgrounds.

Q - Can children attend concerts?
A - Children are permitted to attend concerts at Spyglass with a valid ticket. Please remember that alcoholic beverages are sold and consumed at our concerts. Be advised not all concerts are appropriate for children. CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON THE CONCERT GROUNDS.
Q - Can pets attend concerts?
A - Yes, pets are permitted at our concerts if they are people and pet friendly. PETS MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES, BE LICENSED AND HAVE ALL CURRENT SHOTS/VACCINES .
Q - Is smoking permitted?
A - If you must smoke while on the grounds, we ask that you be mindful of the people around you and take a stroll to the back of the field away from crowded areas. PLEASE KEEP OUR GROUNDS LITTER FREE BY DISPOSING OF BUTTS IN DESIGNATED RECEPTACLES.
